When I met susans and blammo I was a BowieNet member, but I never came around chat or the MBs. I had cynical thoughts about online communities and I participated only at the most superficial level. I assumed online communities were filled with people like Anonymous. Mostly I was correct, but it has been nice meeting people with spines and minds and ideas. How long were you a member of BowieNet before you jumped in with both feet?
