Well, although I thought my holiday shopping was all done weeks ago, I discover that I still need to find a pair of red suede Campers!

There will be no transit strike today in NYC, so it won't be so bad to have rain and snow showers this morning diminishing to flurries late in the day. The temps will get to 41F and there is only a 40% or precipitation. Tonight, some passing clouds bring a low of 24F.

Mrs. Mac still has the chauffer treatment all week. We had to book the driver for the whole week to guarantee she would have transportation in case there was a strike. I walk to the office, so I get no ride.

Barnes & Noble Dot Com failed to ship a book I ordered on 02 DEC. I called and asked why. They said the book is in stock and they don't know why it wasn't shipped. The book was not a Christmas gift, but they said that they could get it there before Christmas for an extra payment of ten dollars! I will never use that web site again and I encourage you to do the same! Barnes & Noble gets no more of my money!
