I have to run errands after work tonight. Sadly, it will not be a particularly errands-running-friendly day. Cloudy with rain developing this afternoon, a high of 37F, winds NE at 10 to 15 mph and a 70% chance of rainfall around a quarter of an inch. Tonight will be heavy rain and a low of 33F. Rainfall may reach one inch.
